How We Serve

​When a child reaches their new foster home they are often sad and confused. To add to this feeling of distress, they typically take very little with them in terms of possessions. At A Mighty Change of Heart, our core program is designed to fill that gap by providing personalized duffle bags overflowing with essentials. Foster parents and kinship parents can simply visit our website, fill out a short form with information about their foster child, and we'll take it from there. The child’s first name is embroidered on their duffle bag that is then filled to order with new clothes, shoes, hygiene items, toys, books, and more. The bags are then hand delivered to children all over Arizona. We want these children to have something they can truly call their own at a time when everything else in life may be borrowed or temporary.
